My x girl want me back after four mount of brack up

Just this morning i recive a mail saying...... I have a girl which we dated for two years sudden she brack up with me after she go addimission in to collage of education . After four mount she called asking me to take her back what will i do should i take her back or should i say is over i realy need your help.........
